Guest Wi-Fi privacy notice

ELIDI Securities Ltd, Agiou Athanasiou Avenue 62, Office 303, 4102 Limassol, Cyprus, is the controller of the data collected when you use the guest Wi-Fi.

What we collect

• Your mobile phone number.
• Your device’s MAC address and IP address.
• When each connection starts and ends, and how much data it used.

We don’t record which websites you visit through this portal.

Why

To verify your number by text message, give you internet access, apply usage limits and protect the network from misuse. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in keeping the network secure.

How long

The data is deleted automatically after 6 months.

Who we share it with

Your number is passed to our SMS provider only to deliver the code. We don’t sell the data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@elidi.cy. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
